Bruxism and NG: Bruxism is a sleep related disorder. There are no reliable methods for assessing bruxism in the clinic which have reasonable diagnostic validity. In the absence of definitive evidence, bruxism can be managed by occlusal appliances counseling and pharmacological interventions.
