Need more info: we need more info to try to figure it out. Important pieces of information would be the patient's growth chart so we can see the growth over time, parental heights, any medical issues or medications patient took. It could be familial, it could be genetic (Turner's although pt had period), it could be due to chronic illness like thyroid issue or IBD. It could be endocrinologic. May need workup
