I take a daily multivitamin. in addition to fortified cereal and a generally healthy diet is it possible i'm getting too much? do i need to stop it?

Its okay: Taking vitamins is controversial. Many physicians do not believe in it and emphasize just diet. The reality of the American diet is that even when people say its healthy, is far from healthy. My personal opinion is that is it fine to take a multivitamin but always focus on eating a diverse vegetable and fruit array, nuts and seeds and avoid anything that is prepackaged!
