Vitamin B Complex: Total has lots of added vitamins & especially if you take a multi along with it you will have excess amounts of vitamin b complex which can cause the neon yellow urine. It is normal since your body just does not need those extra vitamins. It also speaks well of the rest of your diet in that you most likely are getting an adequate amount of needed vitamins in your normal foods.
