Richard: richard, this is difficult to know exactly why you have these new angioms or angiokeratomas. Possibilities include new weight gain with subsequent stasis dermatitis, pigmented purpuric dermatosis, vasculitis (palpable purpura) or even a rare deposition disease such as Fabrys disease. A skin biopsy may be needed to know for sure.
