You : You seem to be referring to the peroneal muscles, which help with the motion of standing on your tip-toes. I can't give you an official diagnosis over the internet, but it almost sounds like you're straining your peroneal muscles. You might be best to see a podiatrist who can perform a biomechanical examination on you to determine if there is some sort of structural thing in your feet or legs that is causing your peroneals to be overused. Some specific stretching exercises might help, and if this becomes a chronic thing, some kind of orthotic worn in the shoes may also help. Hope this helps. Good luck!
