I can't give you an official diagnosis over the internet, but it almost sounds like you're straining your peroneal muscles. You might be best to see a podiatrist who can perform a biomechanical examination on you to determine if there is some sort of structural thing in your feet or legs that is causing your peroneals to be overused.
