Flu epidemic: Flu is all over US. Very likely you have influenza A. Get a swab done in any urgent care.Even if you had flu shot this year , it did not work as virus mutated.drink lot of water.avoid soda,ice water.use a humidifier at night.if no fever,keep hydrating urself.drink hot or green tea 5-8 times a day.buy Vicks and apply to cheeks,forehead and throat at night.take hot showers often.if no help,see MD
