Abdominal pain: Is it upper or lower? If upper may be gastritis,with or without H pylori ( you will need antibiotics for this) try maalox next time,or may be cramping from food intolerances, gluten sensitivity ( beer has gluten), gallbladder,vaginitis, urinary irritation ,rarely ileitis , f/u with doctor /urgent care
