Lower pelvic pain: You could be experiencing pain from ovarian cysts (which can cause menstrual irregularity) or having normal cyclical pain from ovulation (release of the egg) called mittleshmerz. Would recommend talking with your primary provider and/or gynecologist to determine if you need anything further ie ultrasound.
