Ectopic concerns: early pregnancy and pain must give concern for an ectopic or abnormal pregnancy. You need to be seen as soon as possible. Seeing your obgyn would be the best to do otherwise and er visit is warranted with pain and pregnancy

Preg/ stomach pain: Pain is never normal unless labor pain. May be yeast infection, UTI or other infection, I would get it checked out today or go to ER/call you doctor..Mucus changes do occur in pregnancy but not pain(unless labor)
