Cerclage: Generally, when someone has a cerclage placed, it’s because they’ve had a complicated and poor obstetrical history. As such, you cannot take anything as normal after a cerclage is placed. Cramping, bleeding, and abnormal discharge should always be brought to your Obstetrician’s attention for evaluation.
