Mefenamic : Normal vaginal secretions are watery so there most likely is no serious gynecological pathology, but there could be some imbalance in estrogens at play. I have no experience with Ponstam(mefenamic acid) which is purported to be an anti-inflammatory agent. Your pharmacist can answer whether it could affect estrogen levels.
