Did u check a test?: Pregnancies with Mirena (levonorgestrel) are exceedingly rare. Not having periods is a normal side effect of mirena (levonorgestrel). A uterine or ovarian cyst is not a symptom of pregnancy. Anytime you think you might be pregnant check an over the counter pregnancy test and you can relieve your anxiety.
