Is it normal for the opening part of the vaginal to feel bumpy or ruff it's been that way for as long as i can remember my obgyn never said anything ?

Maybe: The opening has a scalloped appearance of you look with a mirror. Those scalloped edges of introitus may be your normal anatomy. Bumps can sometimes indicate genital warts. Only an exam by your gynecologist can say for sure. Or you can get to know your anatomy and if nothing feels "raised" solely that scalloped looking edges, likely okay

No: It is not normal for the opening to the vagina to feel rough. Ask your gynecologist the next time you are seen. This could be genital warts which are treatable. Hope this helps.
