How do you differentiate blurred vision from a brain tumor and poor eyesight?

"See" doc in person: Your one-line question makes me concerned that you are frightened! Many things can cause blurred vision; tumors often have other associated symptoms, or specific kinds of vision problems. An exam by a physician can include not only testing your visual function, but also looking in your eyes for signs of other disease--not to mention a review of the rest of you for clues!

Well differentiated NET 2mm arising in background of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia. Ki-67 shows a proliferation rate of 1-2% in this limited sample What does this mean? Its a noncancerous tumor? Is it precancerous?
Is it better for a hepatocellular liver tumor to be well-differentiated?
Biopsy: "sigmoid colon, well differentiated adenocarcinoma, grade i" does this indicate that the tumor won't probably metastasize? Triphasic CT shows a lesion in the liver (1cm) as well.
Brain mri says cerebral grey and white matter differentiation seen without any evidence of abnormalities. What does this mean? Good or bad?
