Time: tgis is most likely not related to drinking once but rather from some nerve compression either in your wrist or elbow. If it is in your ring and pinky finger it is likely your ulnar nerve and if index and middle or thumb it is carpal tunnel. Try naproxen for a few days, if persist see your MD.
