Gynecomastia: There are many causes for this. Some serious and some not. You should definitely see your primary care doctor. 2% of breast cancers occur in men and this needs to be ruled out. Most likely it is an endocrine issue related to your hormone balance with regards to testosterone. Definitely don't want to ignore this one. See your doctor.
