Cervical spine pain: The differential diagnosis would include cervical facet syndrome (arthritis), cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve), or myofascial pain (muscle spasm). An evaluation with a physiatrist, pain physician, or orthopedist is suggested with detailed physical exam of cervical spine and right shoulder joint, followed by appropriate diagnostic imaging if indicated (i.e. MRI cervical spine and/or shoulder)
