are headaches caused by leaning forward, laying down and worse with excersice always happens with brain tumors? are these symptoms with other things?

Not necessarily. : Tumors are just one of the many many things that can cause headaches and thankfully are one of the rarer ones. If you are concerned, speak to your physician.
