I am not sure: If you have breast implants, it may be the implant causing your issues. If no implants, maybe there was a small cyst in your breast tissue that you felt. Purely guesses as a feeling of a balloon in your breast that comes and goes quickly is not anything that "jumps out" as being a major problem, especially if you feel fine now. Be sure to get a proper breast exam to be safe. Good luck.
