Who's On First.: This syndrome, as I understand it, describes the phenomena that when a nerve is damaged in one area, the possibility of that same nerve being damaged in another area is increased. For example, compression of a nerve in the pelvic area may make the development of tarsal tunnel problem more likely. It begs the question as to which area of the nerve do you treat. You need a real specialist to help.
