Who diagnosed ?: Compression or entrapment of sciatic nerve by piriform muscle is called P. synd. usually diagnosis is confirmed by CT , MRI & nerve conduction studies , some times compression could be at inter obturator muscle level , most of time physical therapy , stretching , PT is enough , surgery is rarely done .Speak to your doctor
