A member asked:

If my sensitivity to amlodipine has progressed/worstened over time, could this be an 'accumulative' effect?

Not sure what ..: sensitivity means in this context. It might mean that you are experiencing more side effects; swelling, palpitations, dizziness are common. OR it might mean that you are more sensitive to the medication's effect...it lowers your blood pressure more/too low. In any case, I don't think the effects are cumulative...adding up. They are just now occurring. It sounds like you need a medication change.
