HTN: There are several things to take into consideration when dealing with blood pressure. Even though the BP described is not terribly high it would likely need some tweaking. When an MD manages BP it is needed to take into consideration heart rate and bp since some medications slow heart rate down. If Hr is around 60s AV nodal blocking agent can not be increased. Make sure salt intake is low.
