Inadvisable: I assume you take amlodipine as treatment for high blood pressure. Be advised that supplements like phentramine are not investigated by agencies such as the FDA and physicians cannot vouch for their ingredients,safety or efficacy. You would be taking a risk taking this supplement which may antagonize amlodipine and aggravate hypertension. Your pharmacist may be able to give you more information.
