Best time of day to take amlodipine night time or morning ..currentley taking it in morning but feeling awefull tired.

PM: There are studies showing that taking antihypertensives especially ace inhibitors and calcium blockers(amlodipine )may be more effective when taken at night with positive effects on nocturnal blood pressure lowering.

Amlodipine: This drug is usually taken in the am but it can be taken at night. If you wish to try it at night to see if it changes your tired feeling, that should not hurt anything.
