Yes: 81 is normal 2 hours after a meal, a normal 2 hor post meal glucose is under 140.

Information: Usually the blood sugar spikes about two hours after a meal. However it depends on the meal. If the meal is only raw vegetables the blood sugar will not go very high. 81 is at the lower end of normal range.
