Good question: Balancing work and life can be difficult. You first need to set your priorities. Work can be all consuming if you allow it. You will be happier if you take time for rest, play, friends and family. When you are at work give it 100%, but when you leave let it go. You will be better at your job and much happier if you plan your time outside of work to accomplish you non-work goals. Good luck.
