Get a check up: It is unlikely that you have cancer unless there is a distinct lump/mass or growth under the tongue. You should be able to hold it and grab between your two fingers....if that is the case, I would ask you to get a medical check up from your doctor. Also watch the size of the lymph node. It will increase in size in case the growth in your mouth is Cancerous.
