A member asked:

Pain in center/right side of stomach area and cannot poop, nausea when eating, cannot eat with feeling full, fatigue, chest pain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ulcer v. Gallbladder: Need more info but pain in center of abdomen could be inflammation of stomach (gastritis) or ulcer (caused by bacteria - H. pylori ). Pain also on right upper abdomen could be from Gallbladder disease. The urgency to diagnose increases if there are additional symptoms such as fever, weight loss, or vomiting blood. Initial treatment with antacids and acid blockers until work-up with labs/US
