Lately my head has been hurting toward the lower back of my head. my neck also hurts and last night i got dizzy. what's wrong?

Neck pain: May be musculoskeletal strain in neck not uncommon if you work at a computer and it is not positioned ergonomically ( top of screen at eye level). Can also be strep, mycoplasma, lyme or subclinical herpes I ( in which case I have given acyclovir ) You may consider Lysine 1500 mg /day x 7 days for herpes also. Follow up with doctor/urgent care in next 24-48 hours.
