Hi, my two week old is congested with a congested nose could it be the formula ?

No URTI: probably has a Cold OR viral infection suctioned and clean the secretions with saline solution an ear bulb frequently and aggressively until airway in clean. May last couple of days if longer became lethargic does not eat or pee as usual immediately to the doctor or ED. Good Luck,!!
