A member asked:

Can insomnia be caused low blood sugar causing release of adrenaline?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Insomnia: Yes, low blood sugar might cause insomnia. Do you have diabetes and perhaps taking too much medication fore it? If so, cut down the doses. If you do not have diabetes but your blood sugar is low you need fairly urgent medical attention.
