Back pain: This symptom doesn't sound like a kidney problem, but seems more likely to be a musculoskeletal discomfort. Is there discomfort with motions of your spinal area? Is there limitation of bending forward or backward? Of course it's best to have your physician examine you in order to pinpoint the problem and prescribe treatment.
