Yes: The physical trauma of sex can lead to bladder infections. Good lubrication and gentleness can go a long way to preventing injury and bleeding after sex. Drink plenty of fluids, and be sure to urinate immediately after you have sex (never sleep after sex unti you empty your bladder). Vitamin C and cranberry juice in your diet can also help reduce the chance of a bladder infection.

Several thoughts:: Urinary infections can often occur in women following intercourse, more often just bladder infections rather than kidney infections. These are not necessarily related to penile size. You need to have a gynecologic exam because bleeding with intercourse can be a sign of several conditions of the cervix, often not serious, but can include cervical cancer. Rather than worry needlessly get examined.
