Unlikely: if you are fine and symptom free, finished your entire course of antibiotics, you are likely fine, ascending infection from bladder to ureter isn't as common, besides if you acted upon lower urinary tract infection promptly, you are fine. Keep hydraing yourself well to flush your urinary tract, wipe from before backwards, and stay healthy, best wishes
