You can't: Have the child's rheumatologist evaluate the issue if the back pain persists.

Back pain: Back pain in a child should be investigated. There can be arthritis of the sacro-iliac joints which can cause back pain. Other causes of back pain can include a vertebral fracture and muscle strain
