Why does my lower back on my left side hurt so bad? i didnt fall and dont have a fever. i do have hip implants, is it possible one is getting worn out? i had them done about 11 yrs ago, both sides.i sleep on my back, did i move the wrong way at night?

Unconsciously favoring one side while walking/moving, which may start with mild discomfort, especially after hip surgery at age "49" ( 60 minus 11 years), may suggest need for a re-exam with x-rays or MRI to evaluate present conditions of both sides.
