Getting ripped: Almost all gym people will tell you that getting ripped is about both exercising and staying hungry -- and foregoing the emotional satisfaction of eating. "That's delicious" can give way -- if you apply your mind power -- to "I know, but my body doesn't need it." This would also be a great time to do some truly hard-core aerobic fitness stuff.
