Exercise: If you don't have any problems with your joints, I would recommend a low impact workout like elliptical, stationary bike or walking. I would do that for about 20 minutes and then have a trainer show you how to set up a circuit type of workout. By strengthening muscles, you will burn fat. Plus it is totally fun. Get someone to go with you so you can motivate each other.
