How many cts scans does it take to cause cancer and how long before the cancer shows up? i've had 34 cts since 2007, and a few before then.

Hopefully won't : Asking how many X-rays cause cancer is like asking how many cigarettes do; exposure to that many CTs MAY increase your risk but no certainty if getting cancer from that. Even cigarettes which are proven to significantly increase risk of many cancers do not always cause cancer- in fact most cigarette smokers won't get cancer but more will than nonsmokers. You may have a higher chance- not for sure
