It depends: Your medical history is inconsistent: You state that you are not pregnant but that you are are 21 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Assuming that you are pregnant a CT would be relatively contraindicated based on the differential diagnosis and risk to you and the fetus. As such I would only recommend a CT if there were clear and present danger to you and/or your fetus if you did not receive this CT.
