Should be okay: If you are doing well at this point with no symptoms or problems in terms of breathing, swallowing or speaking you should be just fine. If you have any concerns, please see your doctor. I hope this was helpful. Best of luck.

Some concern: Assuming you are referring to injury from drinking a very hot liquid, it would be very unusual to have bleeding. I strongly recommend you see a physician. If anything is wrong it's best to treat it sooner than later.

Bleed timeline: Did the bleeding just occur at the time of the burn or does it continue to bleed today? If it continues to bleed you need to have an upper endoscopy to visualize your esophagus and assess the damage and treatment. If you no longer have symptoms, no pain, no difficulty swallowing, no bleeding, no difficulty with speaking or using your voice, you will likely be ok. Try not to smoke.
