Need to see: Tough to know without actually seeing them and where they are located. If they are on the back of your tongue, they are probably "tastebuds". If they are far back in your throat behind your uvula and you have allergies, it could just be "cobble-stoning". This is common in people with allergic rhinitis. Viral and bacterial infections can cause "bumps" too. The only way to know, is to see a doctor.

Cobble stoning : Asymptomatic red bumpy throat is often related to normal but inflamed lymphatic patches in the pharynx. This is common in people with allergies, however is also seen in infections (viral and bacterial). Papilloma (warts) can also present there. Smokers need to be more cautious though due to various throat cancers. See your physician with symptoms, growth or simply confirmation.
