I have to stay up all night doing work for school. i have nodoz (caffeine) and rockstar. what is the most i can take?

Easy does it: Rockstar (original) contains 80 mg of caffeine and 140 calories. Nodoz contains 200 mg of caffeine. One cup of coffee contains about 100 mg. If you're adult sized, you can probably tolerate up to 300 mg in 6 hours. Side effects: palpitations, heart rhythm disturbances , inability to sleep, nervousness, tremor, irritability, headache, dizziness, & anxiety. Always use the smallest amount you can.

Agree w Dr. Werner !: You are asking about the max you can take of two different caffeine sources! If you make yourself sick- then you likely won't do well on your schoolwork. Recommended dose is one No-Doz tablet in a 3 hour period. “No more than 6 No-Doz tablets should be taken within 24 hours and no more than 5 No-Doz Plus tablets should be taken within 24 hours.” http://www.nodoz.com.au/faq.php
