No: That's considered too high even for a non-diabetic, but with diabetes you want even better control. First you want to make sure that this blood pressure is accurate and that it is not out of the ordinary for you. See a medical practitioner to decide how best to prove this needs treatment or not.

Definitely NOT: Blood pressure, especially in someone with multiple medical concerns such as diabetes, should be maintained in as low a tolerated level as possible. Guidelines would dictate between 110 - 125 systolic and 60 - 80 diastolic.
