You can quit: only you can be of help, you are still very young, stop hanging around with other smokers, play sports again regularly, occupy yourself with your studies, don't waste your health,your time or your money, good luck

Smoking: Unfortunately nicotine is very addictive. I suggest you seek help from your doctor to begin medications that will help you quit rather than assuming you can do it " cold turkey". You are 18- you have a long life ahead of you. Smoking is so very very bad for you and the longer you continue the harder it will be to quit.
