Recently diagnosis with graves diseases, showing little symptoms. now i am having knee pain, both, on the sides and back of knee. could it be related?

Pain: It is unlikely that your symptoms are related to Grave's so you need to see your primary doctor about your pains. If you have Grave's you should be on medication to control that. Over time your thyroid levels should be decreased. Your doctor should check that every 3 months when you start therapy and every 6 months once your thyroid levels are OK.
