Take Calcium?: Are you unable to take calcium supplements or eat it through your diet? Guidelines show somewhere between 100-1250mg of calcium intake daily helps prevent osteoporosis as well as colorectal cancer as well as other issues and *may* help your pain? Are you sure your pain is due to lack of calcium? You may want to have a more detailed discussion with your general practitioner about this. Warm wishes.

Treat the deficiency: it would seem that if the pain is being caused by calcium deficiency, replacement therapy should help in relieving your symptoms .
