OTC decongestants: If this is not her first migraine, i.e. she has been officially diagnosed w/migraine syndrome, but has no migraine meds, sometimes decongestants (which cause blood vessel constriction) can decrease or resolve migraine pain (which can result from vessel dilation).If this is her 1st episode & it has never been officially diagnosed, it could be something other than migraine.In that case, see dr. ASAP
